Profile Overview
- As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
- Youβll own go-to-market for new features, shape our competitive positioning, and equip sales and partners with tools to win.
- Requires a strategic yet hands-on marketer comfortable with technical concepts and translating them into business outcomes.
Your responsibilities
- Own product launches end-to-end: positioning, messaging, collateral, and internal enablement.
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets (battlecards, ROI calculators, decks, case studies) to displace competitors and shorten sales cycles.
- Build a competitive intelligence function to track competitors and keep teams sharp on differentiation.
- Define and update ICP personas and buyer journeys, focusing on mid-market and enterprise e-commerce.
- Partner with Product to ensure roadmap items are translated into customer-friendly narratives and value propositions.
- Equip partners with co-marketing decks, playbooks, and enablement guides, collaborating with Head of Partnerships to support partner-sourced revenue.
- Collaborate with Head of Enterprise Sales on ABM and enterprise campaigns.
- Collect and synthesize customer and partner feedback to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy.
- Track feature adoption and usage, measuring effectiveness of GTM launches.
What You bring to the table
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally in SEO, web technologies, or developer tools.
- Ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven messaging.
- Experience launching and positioning products in enterprise or mid-market environments.
- Strong background in building sales enablement content and supporting ABM or enterprise campaigns.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to pull insights from customers, competitors, and markets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, technical SEO, or related domains is a strong plus.
- Strong collaboration skills working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and revenue teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
