Role Overview
- Define and communicate the value of Altium's portfolio across teams including Product and Sales.
- Ensure products solve customer problems and are positioned for market impact.
Storytelling & Narrative Development
- Craft compelling narratives translating complex product capabilities into customer value.
- Define and evolve core messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create customer-facing content such as presentations, videos, and solution briefs.
- Partner with Brand and Content teams for impactful campaigns and launches.
Product Influence & Roadmap Alignment
- Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and buyer feedback into product development.
- Work with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions.
- Define use-case driven value propositions and product packaging strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop field materials.
- Support customer and partner engagements including advisory boards and events.
- Represent product marketing in internal planning and executive discussions.
Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B product marketing preferably in electronics, semiconductors, or embedded systems.
- Experience in driving product narratives and crafting positioning.
- Strong background influencing product strategy and roadmap planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms in electronics.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; advanced degrees or MBA a plus.
