Role Overview

  • Define and communicate the value of Altium's portfolio across teams including Product and Sales.
  • Ensure products solve customer problems and are positioned for market impact.

Storytelling & Narrative Development

  • Craft compelling narratives translating complex product capabilities into customer value.
  • Define and evolve core messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create customer-facing content such as presentations, videos, and solution briefs.
  • Partner with Brand and Content teams for impactful campaigns and launches.

Product Influence & Roadmap Alignment

  • Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and buyer feedback into product development.
  • Work with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions.
  • Define use-case driven value propositions and product packaging strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop field materials.
  • Support customer and partner engagements including advisory boards and events.
  • Represent product marketing in internal planning and executive discussions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B product marketing preferably in electronics, semiconductors, or embedded systems.
  • Experience in driving product narratives and crafting positioning.
  • Strong background influencing product strategy and roadmap planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms in electronics.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; advanced degrees or MBA a plus.
