Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives that resonate with diverse audiences, emphasizing strategies enhancing customer acquisition.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate innovative elements into creative production, ensuring captivating and converting creatives.
  • Collaborate with design teams to transform ideas into compelling ad creatives aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Oversee the production process to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the creative vision, optimizing impact on customer acquisition.
  • Coordinate with designers, user acquisition managers, and team members for smooth workflow and high-quality outputs.
  • Work closely with User Acquisition Managers to analyze ad creatives' performance, identifying top contributors to customer acquisition.
  • Generate and test hypotheses in A/B testing to refine creatives, optimizing conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reports to the Ad Creative Lead on ad creatives' impact and effectiveness in driving customer acquisition.
  • Conduct competitor research to understand market benchmarks and creative standards successful in acquiring customers.
  • Identify emerging ad creative trends and propose innovative solutions for better market positioning and customer engagement.
  • Liaise between creative teams and user acquisition managers to optimize ad creatives based on real-time data.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to encourage creativity and continuous improvement aimed at boosting customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in creative production or similar role, preferably in tech-focused or consumer product company.
  • Proven track record managing creative projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in producing high-performing digital ads.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms and understanding of performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software.
  • Ability to perform data analysis to draw actionable insights from campaign results.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools for creative production and ability to leverage them effectively.
  • Strong creative vision with ability to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changes in digital marketing landscape.
  • Willingness to experiment with new creative ideas and advertising approaches.

Location
