Mission
- Collect and translate market, competitor, and customer insights into launch, go-to-market and lifecycle strategies for Mural's AI offerings.
- Own the full buyer and customer journey for this audience with data- and insight-driven growth and adoption programs.
- Collaborate directly with Product, Sales, Lifecycle, and Design teams.
Responsibilities
- Own messaging and positioning tailored to Core and Admin segments addressing user and decision maker needs.
- Understand the competitive landscape to position Muralβs features and influence pricing, packaging, and roadmap.
- Define product-market fit using customer insights, competitive intelligence, feedback, and trends.
- Lead product launches including messaging, assets, and launch strategy to ensure GTM readiness.
- Create scalable, audience-specific content for business decision-makers and users.
- Manage customer communications such as emails, release notes, and in-product updates to boost feature engagement.
- Provide GTM teams with customer-facing assets and internal guides to support sales and success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, growth, GTM, and enablement teams to set launch goals.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Lifecycle, and Sales for cohesive campaigns linking launches, adoption, and customer success.
- Track and analyze product usage, engagement, and lifecycle health to identify value realization opportunities.
Requirements
- SaaS experience, familiarity with SaaS metrics, digital channels, and product-led growth models.
- 7+ years in product marketing with experience building integrated campaigns for technical audiences.
- Experience marketing to R&D teams with understanding of workflows, tools, and priorities.
- Strong research skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategy.
- Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills to clarify complex ideas.
- Comfortable experimenting with new approaches, including AI tools for efficiency and insights.
