Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven GTM strategies for a new SaaS product and future innovations.
- Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and key buyer personas to ensure laser-focused market traction.
- Craft differentiated, compelling, and clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
- Manage the GTM strategy for the ongoing product roadmap and create communications plans for SaaS releases.
- Create high-impact sales tools including pitch decks, battlecards, competitive intelligence briefs, product datasheets, and training materials.
- Lead planning and execution of world-class product launches and establish a repeatable commercialization framework.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to inform product strategy and GTM motions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and inform demand generation campaigns.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on pricing and packaging strategies to optimize adoption and revenue growth.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs for launch and commercialization efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, including B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new technology products from concept to market leadership.
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute flawlessly.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
- Proven cross-functional leadership abilities without direct authority.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Experience Platform (DXP), Content Management System (CMS), or MarTech industry.
- Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
