- Lead research and competitive analysis to understand customers and market dynamics.
- Define success metrics for initiatives and optimize strategies based on data.
Requirements
- 5+ years management experience in product marketing, brand strategy, or related fields.
- Proven success launching products and leading go-to-market campaigns.
- Expertise developing differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven storytelling.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams by influence.
- Analytical mindset combined with creative intuition.
- Passion for health, technology, and design with belief in sleep as performance enhancer.
- Experience or willingness to use AI/ML tools in marketing strategies.
