Your Experience
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Minimum of two years in performance marketing roles such as Creative Producer, Marketing Manager, ASO Manager, or UA Manager, with hands-on experience producing UA and ASO assets
- Proven portfolio showing your journey from concept to creative execution with measurable results across a broad range of video content
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to drive key performance metrics (CTR, CR, engagement, etc.)
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Calendar & Sheets, and deep understanding of creative production workflows
- Awareness of industry trends and emerging design technologies, with the ability to spot lasting creative opportunities vs fads
Nice to have
- Experience specifically with video creative for paid social UA campaigns
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation for creative projects
What you'll be doing
- Analysing real-time data to provide strategic direction on video creative elements for paid user acquisition campaigns across social media channels
- Leading the creation and management of video creatives, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and the Flo brand through clear, actionable creative briefs
- Managing timelines and resources to deliver creative assets on schedule and to specification
- Collaborating closely with paid UA teams, marketing, and creative talent (writers, visual and motion designers) to develop and execute compelling video content
- Ensuring creatives are optimized for devices, platforms, and audience segments
- Providing ongoing feedback during production and maintain quality, consistency, and brand integrity
- Adjusting creative concepts and campaigns based on performance insights to continuously improve results
- Measuring and analysing the effectiveness of video assets and campaigns, using insights to inform future strategy and execution

- Consistent improvement in key video creative performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, engagement)
