Responsibilities
- Lead optimization of new user onboarding and increase first-time transaction conversion rates through product iterations and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Build comprehensive user lifecycle management and segmentation frameworks to enhance engagement and repeat purchases.
- Design and optimize user referral and viral growth mechanisms for organic growth.
- Lead A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to improve operations and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Use logical thinking and data analysis to uncover insights, identify problems, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Stay informed on Business Unit products, including features and user pain points.
Requirements
- Proven success in user growth initiatives leading from zero to scale with significant results.
- Over 5 years in the internet industry, with 3+ years in senior user growth roles in transaction sectors like e-commerce or fintech.
- Experience leading growth projects and campaigns using systematic frameworks and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of operational methodologies including A/B testing and funnel analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Strong data-driven thinking and ability to build and improve monitoring and analysis systems.
- Ability to identify issues and propose solutions using data insights.
- Strong understanding of Business Unit products and user preferences.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin required for coordination with international partners.
