Responsibilities

  • Build comprehensive user lifecycle management and segmentation frameworks to enhance engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Design and optimize user referral and viral growth mechanisms for organic growth.
  • Lead A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to improve operations and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Use logical thinking and data analysis to uncover insights, identify problems, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Stay informed on Business Unit products, including features and user pain points.

Requirements

  • Proven success in user growth initiatives leading from zero to scale with significant results.
  • Over 5 years in the internet industry, with 3+ years in senior user growth roles in transaction sectors like e-commerce or fintech.
  • Experience leading growth projects and campaigns using systematic frameworks and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of operational methodologies including A/B testing and funnel analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
  • Strong data-driven thinking and ability to build and improve monitoring and analysis systems.
  • Ability to identify issues and propose solutions using data insights.
  • Strong understanding of Business Unit products and user preferences.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin required for coordination with international partners.
