Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for data and AI observability products, including launch strategies, pricing, and positioning.
- Craft differentiated product messaging for technical and business audiences like data engineers and CDOs.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Create sales tools, battlecards, and training materials for field teams.
- Collaborate with content, demand generation, and product teams to produce assets like whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and case studies.
- Partner with customer success teams to identify champions and capture case studies.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams influencing roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing experience with at least 3 years in data infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML, or observability domains.
- Deep understanding of data pipelines, monitoring, data quality, lineage, model observability, and/or AIOps.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Proven storytelling skills to develop compelling narratives for technical products.
- Experience working with product management, demand generation, and sales in fast-paced SaaS or cloud-native environments.
- Comfortable using data-driven insights to measure and optimize go-to-market impact.
