Responsibilities
- Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and narrative to establish category leadership in Continuous Delivery.
- Work with Product and Revenue teams to incorporate Voice of the Customer into product roadmap.
- Partner with CMO and marketing leaders to develop realistic marketing plans aligned with company priorities.
- Support Product Marketers in developing Go-To-Market strategies and guide product launch execution.
- Oversee and contribute to development of market-facing content ensuring consistent voice and relevance.
- Drive initiatives to build customer evidence, including case studies, testimonials, and reviews.
- Nurture relationships with market analysts and be DRI for analyst-driven market research.
- Represent company at industry conferences and events.
- Manage product marketing team, providing clear goals, feedback, removing obstacles, and aiding career growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in product marketing or GTM roles with 3+ years leading marketing functions.
- Deep technical knowledge of Continuous Delivery tools, including Kubernetes.
- Experience in open source community development is a plus.
- Proven ability to own GTM strategy and execution for DevOps and GitOps enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate technical ideas into business messaging.
- Proven collaboration with Product, Revenue, and Marketing to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Established relationships with key DevOps market analysts and media.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action.
Compensation and Benefits
- Director level salary: $255,000-$275,000 USD annual plus stock options.
