Responsibilities
- Establish consistent product messaging that differentiates Ambience; build a messaging framework (value props, elevator pitches, persona narratives) and drive alignment with Sales and Demand Gen.
- Stand up competitive and market intelligence, tracking leading players, analyzing win/loss data monthly, and maintaining actionable battlecards and objection-handling guides.
- Plan and lead new feature and product launches end-to-end, from positioning and GTM planning to enablement, campaign execution, and post-launch optimization.
- Partner on solutions marketing and ABM, refining personas, account mapping, and developing custom content for top health systems and strategic accounts.

Requirements
- 6β10+ years in enterprise/B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in healthcare or applied AI.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; ability to craft crisp, executive-level narratives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, working with Product, Sales, and Design to drive alignment.
- Analytical and data-driven β uses customer insights, campaign data, and feedback to iterate and improve.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in healthcare AI, provider operations, or clinical workflows.
- Familiarity with sales enablement or CI tools (e.g., Highspot, Crayon) and ABM programs.
- MBA or equivalent training.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
Work Location
- New York or SF preferred; Remote-friendly if not based in NY.
