Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize value by understanding key personas, use cases, and value drivers to craft compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Deliver impactful presentations at live and virtual events.
  • Build a developer community leveraging Coupa Agent creation platforms.
  • Develop and manage sales collateral and enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with Enablement team to deliver sales and customer success enablement programs.
  • Drive revenue growth, build pipeline, and increase adoption/retention by influencing product roadmap and driving go-to-market motions/campaigns.
  • Engage directly with customers and prospects to support deals, gather market insights, and identify ideal customers for references and case studies.
  • Lead analyst briefing messaging and content development to maintain or attain category leadership position.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS with proven track record in messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and influencing product roadmap.
  • Experience in Product Marketing for AI within B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to diagnose business issues and resolve problems effectively.
  • Experience presenting on stage to VP+ audiences, with ability to dynamically engage and inspire.
  • Ability to gather intelligence from data and influence executive stakeholders with narrative-driven presentations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and command respect without direct authority.
  • Capability to switch rapidly between strategy and execution.
