Responsibilities

  • Support Creative Lab in producing effective concepts, positioning, and creative solutions for Global Accounts across sectors.
  • Build and deliver global ideas, presentations, playbooks, creative frameworks, and narratives for clients.
  • Inform internal and external groups about the impact of creativity in linking brands to audiences.
  • Manage global accounts business and collaborate with heads of global agencies on strategic direction.
  • Work alongside clients and agencies to produce award-winning advertising on Spotify at scale.
  • Support operational responsibilities including account and resource management, tracking and reporting objectives.
  • Identify, develop and communicate Spotify's unique creative offerings to partners.
  • Develop and scale approach to supporting top clients and own account strategy and prioritization.
  • Facilitate inspirational workshops with senior partners to balance creative expression and brand realities.
  • Collaborate with Creative Lab teams including operations, production, and creative intelligence teams.
  • Develop and showcase thought leadership on industry, advertising, digital culture, and trends for inspiration.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in creative direction and strategy, preferably with a creative agency background.
  • Experience collaborating with CPG and tech brands is a plus.
  • Experience working across different markets and geographies with cultural sensitivity.
  • Experience working with senior-level collaborators and clients at agencies and brands.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills aligning sales, marketing, and product partners.
  • Excellent presenter inspiring creative storytelling on Spotify Ads.
  • Experience managing creative teams, budgets, processes, and ways of working.
  • Highly organized with operational capability to collaborate across time zones and markets.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments and build consensus across teams.
  • Keen observer of culture with ability to identify relevant visual, digital, and tech trends.
  • Expert written and verbal communicator able to influence different audiences.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing development, tech platforms, and social media landscape.
  • Experience in digital-first production.
