Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for RemoFirsts full product portfolio.
  • Lead all go-to-market efforts for product and feature launches, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Growth.
  • Create and maintain product collateral, including decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and battlecards for internal and external use.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
  • Translate technical capabilities into value-driven narratives that resonate with HR, Finance, and Operations audiences.
  • Collaborate with Content and Growth teams to integrate product insights into campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
  • Enable Sales with storytelling frameworks and data-backed materials to improve win rates and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 4 6 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS (HRTech or FinTech experience is a plus).
  • Proven experience leading GTM launches and creating customer-focused messaging frameworks.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort navigating technical product details and turning them into clear business value.
  • Collaborative mindset 6 comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
