Responsibilities
- Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for RemoFirsts full product portfolio.
- Lead all go-to-market efforts for product and feature launches, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Growth.
- Create and maintain product collateral, including decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and battlecards for internal and external use.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
- Translate technical capabilities into value-driven narratives that resonate with HR, Finance, and Operations audiences.
- Collaborate with Content and Growth teams to integrate product insights into campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
- Enable Sales with storytelling frameworks and data-backed materials to improve win rates and product adoption.
Requirements
- 4 6 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS (HRTech or FinTech experience is a plus).
- Proven experience leading GTM launches and creating customer-focused messaging frameworks.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Comfort navigating technical product details and turning them into clear business value.
- Collaborative mindset 6 comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
