Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and evolve messaging and positioning frameworks focusing on market differentiation
  • Utilize feedback, data, and analytics to optimize messaging and content decisions
  • Enable sales and external-facing teams with toolkits to maximize product understanding and improve ramp times
  • Ensure messaging and content remain on-brand, consistent, and optimized for channels and audiences
  • Partner with product teams to understand market needs and translate product roadmap into revenue drivers
  • Manage processes for product launches, driving differentiation aligned with target audience pain points
  • Foster customer relationships and produce quality customer reference materials
  • Lead and inspire a team of product marketers, content creators, editors, and strategists
  • Establish accountability frameworks and content quality standards for the team
  • Create frameworks for measuring success including goal setting and continuous improvement processes
  • Analyze go-to-market teams' performance to drive improved close rates and deal velocity
  • Serve as strategic link between Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams
  • Create an industry knowledge center of excellence for employees and customers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience with a focus on measurable growth in B2B SaaS
  • Relevant experience in healthcare benefits and working with employer buyers, brokers, or healthcare partners is a plus
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a strong advantage
  • Proven success in category evangelism for SaaS companies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
  • Strong storytelling ability to translate complex products into emotional, value-driven propositions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Strong ownership mentality with commitment to quality deliverables
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage complex projects across teams
  • Willingness to undertake necessary tasks to ensure company success
  • Passionate about transforming the U.S. healthcare system
