Role Overview
- Lead Dandy's Clinical Experience, the digital platform used by dentists to scan, order, and collaborate on lab cases.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and loyalty through customer understanding, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Uncover real needs, motivations, and pain points of clinicians to inform product, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Build messaging and positioning that translate customer pain into product value.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new software capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Growth to create contextual, in-product experiences.
- Equip Sales, Customer Experience, and Account Management to communicate value effectively.
- Use data on adoption, engagement, and sentiment to iterate and improve offerings.
- Take initiative and make strategic decisions even without a predefined playbook.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in product marketing, SaaS, digital health, or healthcare technology.
- Proven skill in uncovering and synthesizing customer insights that shape product and go-to-market strategy.
- Strong empathy for users and passion for solving customer problems.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience launching and scaling digital software products in startup or high-growth environments.
- Analytical mindset comfortable linking data and insight to decisions.
- Resourceful and proactive, thriving in ambiguity.
