Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end creative production workflows across campaigns and creative productions such as digital assets and brand activations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with exceptional quality.
- Lead cross-functional campaign management, working with internal teams to define deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and build marketing briefs and reporting systems.
- Build, own, and maintain detailed work-back schedules outlining each phase of creative development.
- Facilitate and provide consultation on edit rounds, prioritizing feedback and routing revisions efficiently to meet stakeholder expectations and brand standards.
- Manage and prioritize workloads across creative team members, allocating resources based on capacity and skillsets.
- Own execution relationships with external vendors, contractors, and agencies, ensuring alignment to timelines and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to refine marketing briefs and translate them into creative deliverables.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all creative outputs by enforcing guidelines, standards, and review processes.
- Continuously optimize creative operations by identifying process gaps and implementing tools or systems that enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a project manager working with marketing teams in high growth environments, preferably in regulated industries such as telehealth, healthcare, or finance.
- Experience managing creative assets across formats including digital, video, social, and paid media.
- Proficiency with Asana for project management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments and navigate stakeholder alignment and communication.
- Skill in guiding edit rounds, prioritizing feedback, and keeping revisions on track.
- Experience coordinating or managing external partners such as agencies, contractors, or production vendors.
- Basic copywriting or graphic design skills are a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
