Responsibilities
- Identify high-quality leads based on detailed ICPs using LinkedIn, Google, Crunchbase, social platforms, and other sources.
- Work with Google Sheets and advanced tools like Apollo or PhantomBuster to enrich data, validate lists, and build lead research across projects.
- Dive into client products, industries, and ideal buyers to understand targeting criteria.
- Manage deadlines, deliver clean and accurate reports, and collaborate closely with AM/SDR teams to launch campaigns with accurate data.
- Provide clarity on data, leads, or targeting to keep research on track.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in lead generation research.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher with clear communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, browser research extensions, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to provide realistic, constructive feedback.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, adaptive environments and willing to learn and grow.
