Responsibilities
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for AI Agent and expanding product suites beyond CX.
- Lead go-to-market execution for product launches, collaborating with Product, Brand, Lifecycle, and Sales.
- Work closely with Product to shape roadmap priorities with customer and market insights, especially around AI capabilities.
- Create compelling sales enablement and product education assets (decks, one-pagers, messaging docs).
- Partner with the Education team to deliver internal and external enablement for GTM teams and customers.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen and Brand to produce the right content for the right channels: playbooks, videos, landing pages, blogs, etc.
- Drive competitive analysis and win/loss programs to strengthen our market positioning.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies that improve adoption and expansion.
- Own narrative consistency across web, campaigns, sales conversations, and customer onboarding.
- Own the KPIs tied to adoption, activation, and expansion for your product areas.
- Be the voice of the ecommerce merchantβensuring all messaging aligns with their day-to-day reality.
Requirements
- 3β6 years in Product Marketing at a high-growth SaaS or ecommerce tech company.
- Strong storytelling chops, you can make technical products resonate emotionally and practically.
- Experience driving GTM for new product features, especially around AI or automation.
- Proven track record of reframing product narratives to improve perception and drive growth.
- Deep understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem (Shopify, Klaviyo, ReCharge, etc.).
- Creative but data-driven, you use insights to drive messaging, not just gut instinct.
- Comfortable with hands-on execution, from writing briefs to building slides and running launches.
- Cross-functional team player who thrives in a scrappy, high-ownership environment.
