About the role

  • Own the product marketing strategy and execution for the Crunchtime restaurant operations suite and products.
  • Bring creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset to market analysis, positioning, and narrative development.
  • Measure success by market success.
  • Build strong cross-functional collaborations with product management, marketing, sales, customer success, and enablement.
  • Uplevel messaging, quarterback product launches, develop strategic content and sales tools.
  • Ensure marketing, sales, and customer success are timely enabled and have universally adopted across all channels.

What you’ll do as a Director of Product Marketing

  • Partner with marketing to drive the company narrative.
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value proposition to differentiate solutions and resonate with buyer personas.
  • Quarterback product launches and go-to-market motions including content and channels to drive awareness and demand.
  • Define and track key PMM metrics; present results and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and account executives to reduce sales process friction through messaging and assets.
  • Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, threats, and insights informing messaging, roadmap, and sales motions.
  • Partner with demand generation team to bring positioning and narrative to life via campaigns that drive pipeline and support revenue goals.

What we’re looking for

  • Solution/Consultative/SPIN/GAP Selling or similar orientation and approach.
  • Exceptional storyteller and communicator able to simplify complex concepts for executives, users, and decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and lead initiatives to execution.
  • Excellent written and communication skills; comfortable presenting internally and externally.
  • Strong quantitative skills to turn analysis into recommendations and plans.
  • Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, distributed environment; strong prioritization and adaptability.

Education and Experience

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B business applications; mid-market experience a plus.
  • SaaS/Cloud experience.
  • 4+ years managing a product marketing team.

Essential Physical & Mental Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
  • Prolonged periods of typing and working at a computer.
  • Ability to listen and speak over the phone or Zoom calls.
  • High level of mental concentration and focus.
