Event Production
- Produce in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, including tours, livestreams, and broadcast-style moments
- Build and manage run of show documents, technical specs, AV and streaming requirements, rehearsals, and day-of execution
- Troubleshoot issues quickly, always offering practical solutions
- Work closely with internal teams and external production partners to deliver high-quality experiences
- Source, brief, and manage production vendors, freelancers, venues, and technical partners
Creative Operations
- Scope project requirements and translate large initiatives into clear project plans with milestones and tasks
- Coordinate across creative, marketing, product, localization and legal to keep work aligned and moving forward
- Maintain visibility into timelines, budgets, and approvals to reduce risks and delays
- Resource the right talent for the work, whether internal or external, and build contingency plans when needed
Project Management
- Build and maintain project plans and schedules that keep stakeholders informed and accountable
- Track progress and surface updates so teams stay aligned on what is happening and what is coming next
- Work with the Marketing Operations partners to ensure creative resources support priority projects
- Help foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment across marketing and creative teams
We're looking for someone who
- Has proven experience producing large-scale events, tours, or live activations with technical requirements
- Has experience partnering with product marketing and integrated marketing to align on goals, deliverables, and go-to-market requirements
- Understands creative workflows and how to support different marketing channels
- Is highly organized and familiar with project management tools such as Asana
- Can work under pressure and solve problems quickly with a high degree of autonomy
