- Turn insights into actionable guidance for Product, Sales, and Marketing
Product Launches
- Lead cross-functional launch planning and executionβfrom market validation to messaging, GTM strategy, enablement, and post-launch optimization
- Translate product capabilities into value-driven stories that resonate with buyers and users
Content Execution
- Partner with Marketing, Demand Gen, and Brand to amplify market narratives across the right channels
- Build content that drives awareness, consideration, and wins: blog posts, one-pagers, webinars, presentations, and more
Requirements
- Passion for our mission, marketing as a craft, and for personal growth
- Proven empathy for customers and ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles within SaaS, AI and Contact Center
- Robust experience in a sales-led GTM motion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to make informed decisions
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a low-ego approach
