Responsibilities
- Define and execute GTM strategy for Yext products including positioning, narratives, launch plans, and growth initiatives.
- Lead product launches end to end ensuring internal readiness and effective external execution.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Field Marketing to develop integrated campaigns to build awareness, drive pipeline, and support customer expansion.
- Craft differentiated, value-based messaging frameworks for diverse buyer personas.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes aligned with customer goals.
- Ensure consistent, competitive product narratives across all touchpoints.
- Synthesize customer feedback, market signals, and usage data to inform positioning and product roadmap.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify differentiation and innovation opportunities.
- Support customer advocacy through case studies, proof points, and success stories.
- Develop enablement content and programs to improve messaging consistency, field confidence, and win rates.
- Deliver training and tools for Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams.
- Collaborate with reseller and agency partners to accelerate indirect channel growth.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities using market insights.
- Work with Customer Success and Support to integrate feedback into GTM strategy.
- Contribute frameworks, best practices, and culture of excellence within the Product Marketing team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally in martech.
- Proven ability to bring products to market and drive adoption in competitive environments.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills creating compelling data-driven narratives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Analytical mindset leveraging data to inform strategy.
- Experience developing sales enablement materials and influencing GTM success across channels.
- Self-starter with high ownership mentality and bias toward action.
