Job Summary

  • Are you ready to create a profit-driving story based on customer acquisition, retention, and high-value output?
  • We are seeking a hands-on Head of Product Marketing to join our Marketing team.
  • With your solid B2B digital marketing expertise, you will drive strategies to generate a marketing-influenced sales pipeline and nurture growth.
  • One of your first tasks will be building a team of marketing managers who will report directly to you.
  • You will report to the Product Marketing Director, and your internal title will be Product Marketing Manager.
  • The role is based in the EMEA region and requires supporting multiple time zones as needed.
  • You will manage a team located in different locations.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to accelerate pipeline velocity and generate sales leads.
  • Plan and implement ABM strategies in collaboration with markets for high-value accounts or cohorts.
  • Track and analyse performance, providing regular insights to stakeholders.
  • Create go-to-market approaches to support transactional selling, enabling sales teams to close deals quickly with minimal touchpoints and high volumes.

We Believe You Have

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of B2B digital marketing experience in lead generation programs.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement frameworks for ABM.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement; Salesforce certification is an advantage.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to build a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication skills, focused on clarity and assertiveness.
  • Advantageous: ability to create content in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, and/or InShot.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory).
