- We are seeking a hands-on Head of Product Marketing to join our Marketing team.
- With your solid B2B digital marketing expertise, you will drive strategies to generate a marketing-influenced sales pipeline and nurture growth.
- One of your first tasks will be building a team of marketing managers who will report directly to you.
- You will report to the Product Marketing Director, and your internal title will be Product Marketing Manager.
- The role is based in the EMEA region and requires supporting multiple time zones as needed.
- You will manage a team located in different locations.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to accelerate pipeline velocity and generate sales leads.
- Plan and implement ABM strategies in collaboration with markets for high-value accounts or cohorts.
- Track and analyse performance, providing regular insights to stakeholders.
- Create go-to-market approaches to support transactional selling, enabling sales teams to close deals quickly with minimal touchpoints and high volumes.
We Believe You Have
- Minimum Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of B2B digital marketing experience in lead generation programs.
- Proven ability to develop and implement frameworks for ABM.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement; Salesforce certification is an advantage.
- Leadership experience with the ability to build a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills, focused on clarity and assertiveness.
- Advantageous: ability to create content in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, and/or InShot.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory).
