- Take ownership of marketing strategy across UA, creatives, and store presence
- Define tests and evaluate results, guiding creative evolution based on data
- Plan, guide, and optimize the full marketing journey from ideation to iteration
- Ensure alignment between marketing, UA, product, and creative teams for scalable growth
- Decide the creative direction driving growth but not manage ad buying
About You
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, UA strategy, creative strategy, or growth roles in games or consumer apps
- Strong understanding of mobile game marketing and player psychology
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies end-to-end
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into actionable plans
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to take ownership and make decisions in ambiguous situations
Will be a plus
- Experience with visual novels, dating sim, or narrative-based mobile games
- Familiarity with UGC, playable ads, and short-form video strategies
- Experience working closely with UA teams and ad networks
- Background in copywriting, psychology, or game design
- Understanding of store optimization (icons, screenshots, descriptions)
