Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing for Greenhouse's core product portfolio; define positioning, messaging, and value stories that scale across segments, especially Enterprise.
  • Lead PMM for emerging businesses, translating early signals into testable positioning and commercialization paths.
  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing PMM team, setting goals, coaching, fostering inclusion, and building career paths.
  • Establish the PMM operating cadence, including planning, launch tiering, readiness reviews, enablement, and post-launch readouts.
  • Run cross-functional GTM process for product launches across Product, Sales, CS, Brand, Content, and Demand Gen.
  • Own Enterprise segment marketing, including segment insights, narratives, and sales/CS enablement for complex use cases.
  • Drive upstream research and packaging of ICPs, personas/JTBDs, customer and market evidence.
  • Create and maintain product/solution messaging frameworks and narrative arcs across channels.
  • Deliver enablement for Sales and CS including narratives, pitch guidance, objection handling, and customer evidence.
  • Partner with Product on roadmap influence and launch readiness using customer research and adoption data.
  • Define success measures for launches and PMM programs with adoption, usage, content utilization, and commercial impact readouts.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Integrated Marketing to connect launches to broader narratives and campaigns.
  • Handle additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing or equivalent experience; 5+ years leading launches and core product PMM; Enterprise experience preferred.
  • 2-3+ years people management experience required.
  • Proven success in upstream work such as research, ICPs, personas/JTBDs, and evidence-backed positioning.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, simplifying complexity and creating frameworks.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership to align Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing PMMs in an inclusive and accountable environment.
  • Experience building and executing tiered launch programs and enablement.
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented with capabilities to define metrics and perform program instrumentation.
  • Executive presence and effective stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience marketing platform-level offerings and multi-product stories.
  • Familiarity with HR tech or related domains preferred.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving products and narratives.
