- Translate complex onchain mechanics into clear user-facing value propositions
- Drive ecosystem awareness and adoption through targeted campaigns and community engagement
- Execute growth initiatives across community, ecosystem, and distribution channels to drive sustainable user adoption
- Design and manage onchain growth experiments focused on measurable product usage, engagement, and retention
- Craft and execute multi-channel campaigns across organic content, paid efforts, and growth loops
- Lead go-to-market plans for new protocol launches, features, and network expansions
- Track marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics
Background and Experience
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a DeFi protocol or onchain product
- Proven track record of bringing DeFi products to market and driving user acquisition and retention
- Strong experience across B2C growth and B2B partnership development
- Ability to lead end-to-end strategy and execution of full-funnel demand generation campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, tracking performance, and iterating based on results
- Hands-on experience with pipeline attribution, campaign performance metrics, and MarTech infrastructure
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
