Responsibilities
- Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop sales tools, training materials, and content to empower the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to utilize customer insights to refine strategies and drive advocacy.
- Define key performance indicators and metrics to track the success of product marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, contribute to thought leadership content.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
- Experience with product management and product lifecycle management.
