About the Role

  • Own how our brand shows up across digital surfaces, especially the web.
  • Hybrid role for a strong brand designer comfortable with Webflow and collaboration with engineers and vendors.
  • Design and build high-quality, on-brand web experiences and a range of brand and marketing assets across channels.
  • Act as creative owner of the Webflow instance and solve technical design challenges.
  • Ensure brand system scales across marketing, product-adjacent surfaces, and future tools.
  • Report directly to the Creative Director and work closely with marketing, product design, engineering, and external partners.
  • Ideal for someone who loves brand design and technical detail.

How You’ll Have Impact

  • Own Freed’s Webflow site end-to-end: design, build, maintain, and evolve it as brand and product grow.
  • Translate brand strategy into scalable web systems, components, and templates balancing craft, speed, and flexibility.
  • Troubleshoot and solve Webflow, CMS, performance, SEO/AEO, and integration challenges.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to align marketing surfaces with product experiences.
  • Design diverse brand and marketing assets across digital channels such as campaigns, product launches, social, light motion, presentations.
  • Partner with Growth and Marketing to ship fast, experiment, and iterate upon feedback.
  • Refine, document, and uphold brand guidelines in visual design and digital execution.
  • Explore emerging tools including AI-assisted workflows to improve creative velocity and quality.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–10 years’ experience with significant ownership over web design and execution for SaaS or tech-forward companies.
  • Deep proficiency in Webflow including CMS, components, responsive behavior, HTML/CSS skills.
  • Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong interest in AI-powered creative production workflows.
  • Portfolio showing strong brand sensibility and shipped digital work.
  • Ability to independently manage projects from concept through execution in a fast-moving startup.
  • Strong taste, high attention to detail, and a bias toward shipping.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in SaaS B2C and B2B marketing design.
  • Experience with AI-powered creative tools and ethical use.
  • Experience maintaining token-based or layered design systems in Figma.
  • Webflow University Certification.
