Responsibilities

  • Design digital marketing assets for paid media channels, CRM, and web aligning with performance and brand goals
  • Collaborate with Growth and Brand teams to test and optimize ad creatives and landing pages based on data
  • Contribute to growth-focused creative ideation from concepts to testing frameworks
  • Take ownership of asset production across formats and channels maintaining quality and consistency
  • Maintain a strong grasp of the Goodnotes brand and apply it flexibly across marketing needs

Requirements

  • Written and spoken English proficiency
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first marketing design with measurable impact
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing design best practices including direct response and mobile-first creative
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt designs based on feedback and data
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in iterative environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5–7 years experience in digital design focused on marketing and performance creative
  • Experience designing for growth in a product-led or tech company, ideally in productivity sector
  • Experience collaborating with performance/growth teams
