Responsibilities
- Design digital marketing assets for paid media channels, CRM, and web aligning with performance and brand goals
- Collaborate with Growth and Brand teams to test and optimize ad creatives and landing pages based on data
- Contribute to growth-focused creative ideation from concepts to testing frameworks
- Take ownership of asset production across formats and channels maintaining quality and consistency
- Maintain a strong grasp of the Goodnotes brand and apply it flexibly across marketing needs
Requirements
- Written and spoken English proficiency
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first marketing design with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of growth marketing design best practices including direct response and mobile-first creative
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt designs based on feedback and data
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in iterative environments
Preferred Qualifications
- 5β7 years experience in digital design focused on marketing and performance creative
- Experience designing for growth in a product-led or tech company, ideally in productivity sector
- Experience collaborating with performance/growth teams
