Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing strategy end to end and decide investment priorities.
  • Be accountable for pipeline influence, sales effectiveness, product adoption, and category leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small squad of product marketers.
  • Create strong operating rhythms and scalable systems for product marketing.
  • Build high-quality narrative assets like messaging frameworks and launch kits.
  • Define and evolve the core platform narrative including personas and proof points.
  • Build durable and reusable narratives for various customer-facing uses.
  • Lead continuous customer and market research to understand personas.
  • Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear, differentiated value propositions.
  • Guide GTM strategy and execution for major launches and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Design and Content for clear and creative customer experiences.
  • Enable sales and revenue teams with impactful enablement programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS and 12+ years total professional experience.
  • Proven track record of owning strategy and driving measurable GTM outcomes.
  • Experience leading and developing product marketing teams.
  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking connecting positioning to revenue impact.
  • Ability to quickly master complex domains like data and AI with creative positioning skills.
  • Compelling communication skills to influence senior leaders and inspire teams.
  • Experience in data, analytics, or AI ecosystems is a strong plus.
