Responsibilities
- Own product marketing strategy end to end and decide investment priorities.
- Be accountable for pipeline influence, sales effectiveness, product adoption, and category leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small squad of product marketers.
- Create strong operating rhythms and scalable systems for product marketing.
- Build high-quality narrative assets like messaging frameworks and launch kits.
- Define and evolve the core platform narrative including personas and proof points.
- Build durable and reusable narratives for various customer-facing uses.
- Lead continuous customer and market research to understand personas.
- Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear, differentiated value propositions.
- Guide GTM strategy and execution for major launches and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Design and Content for clear and creative customer experiences.
- Enable sales and revenue teams with impactful enablement programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS and 12+ years total professional experience.
- Proven track record of owning strategy and driving measurable GTM outcomes.
- Experience leading and developing product marketing teams.
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking connecting positioning to revenue impact.
- Ability to quickly master complex domains like data and AI with creative positioning skills.
- Compelling communication skills to influence senior leaders and inspire teams.
- Experience in data, analytics, or AI ecosystems is a strong plus.
