Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies that engage, inspire, and align employees with the brand and company priorities
- Build and manage partnerships with internal stakeholders across multiple departments to facilitate clear communication
- Develop, write, and edit executive communications and presentations regularly
- Execute All Company and leader meetings, providing strategic guidance and operational support
- Partner with leadership to fulfill internal communication needs across various teams
- Support internal crisis communications in collaboration with HR
- Help shape and maintain the companys internal voice through channels like email and Slack
- Oversee employer brand storytelling to position the company as innovative and values-driven
- Guide creation and management of culture content such as videos, blogs, and social media
- Ensure leadership is humanized and career growth opportunities are highlighted
- Partner with Brand and PR teams to repurpose thought leadership content for recruitment and employer branding
- Support execution of company events including Kickoff, President's Club, and Fall Fest
- Manage vendor relationships including swag and event agencies
- Lead and mentor direct reports to foster their growth and ensure results
- Provide communications counsel to executives reflecting business understanding and leadership styles
- Collaborate with external communications teams to maintain consistency across internal and external messaging
- Support executive thought leadership initiatives enhancing brand authority and employer brand
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in internal communications, employer branding, PR, or corporate communications
- 2+ years people management experience including mentoring and performance management
- Experience supporting employer brand strategies and employee storytelling campaigns
- Experience with crisis communications and executive leadership support
- Strong background in social media content creation and employee advocacy
- Experience with communication planning and project management for corporate events
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and exercise judgment in fast-paced environments
- Strong relationship-building skills across teams, functions, and levels
- Experience creating video content and visual storytelling for employer brand initiatives
- Self-motivated, creative, and execution-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
- Focus on continuous optimization and improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with adaptability
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience with strategic planning for communications, branding, and events
- Familiarity with employer brand platforms and analytics (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.)
