Role Overview
- Lead development of campaign creative concepts and toolkits for global adaptation across multiple channels.
- Bring creativity and innovation to engage audiences with Firefox.
- Collaborate with agency partners to deliver effective creative that drives conversion.
- Partner with marketing strategists leveraging audience insights to increase creative impact.
- Drive brand and product campaigns across key markets including North America, Germany, UK, France, Japan, and India.
- Mentor and support an internal creative team.
- Report to Sr. Director of Marketing, ECD β Brand and Creative.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience leading creative work in ad agency or in-house.
- Proven cross-functional team collaboration and creative oversight.
- Strong organization, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Adobe.
- Ability to handle both big-picture strategy and individual creative briefs.
- Experience analyzing data and consumer insights to inform marketing creative.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments across time zones and cultures.
- Proactive, collaborative, and independently driven.
