Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with QuickFrame customers to define project scopes, identify creative opportunities, and shape video content strategy
  • Assess existing creative assets and performance to identify gaps and recommend optimizations that improve future campaigns and outcomes
  • Stay current on industry trends and apply vertical-specific insights to inform creative strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs
  • Source and present relevant industry examples to inspire creative development and provide strategic guidance on adaptation and execution
  • Partner with the Creative Analytics team to evaluate past video performance and develop clear, data-driven recommendations, including new formats, channels, and trends to test
  • Develop and present strategic materials that consolidate insights, performance analysis, and creative recommendations
  • Create custom proposals outlining production approaches and premium service options, and strategically recommend budget or channel upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to communicate client needs, align on priorities, and support efficient production workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role within creative strategy, video production, marketing, or advertising. Experience in digital media, content strategy, or creative consulting is preferred
  • Ability to craft creative strategies that are informed by data and aligned with market trends and client goals
  • Skilled in identifying gaps in creative assets and proposing innovative, effective solutions that meet client needs and objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Proven track record of working with clients to deliver strategic advice and build long-term relationships
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and works effectively across departments
  • Familiarity with video production processes, creative analytics (e.g., FB ads library, Google analytics), SalesForce, Slack, Zoom, and basic Office tools
  • Experience working with data to make informed strategic recommendations and measure the effectiveness of creative strategies
  • A deep understanding of video production, digital marketing trends, and the creative landscape across industries such as e-commerce, retail, technology, or entertainment
