Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Sona's visual identity across everything: website, product marketing, sales materials, social, events.
- Build the visual systems, guidelines, and templates that will scale as we grow, including a design system in Google Slides.
- Create assets across web, digital, print, and video.
- Produce motion graphics and animations.
- Handle photography and video production for campaigns and customer stories.
- Experiment constantly with AI tools to move faster.
Requirements
- Strong brand experience. Built or evolved brand identities before and understanding of visual systems at scale.
- Business understanding to translate product benefits and use cases into visual stories.
- AI-native workflow proficiency with tools like Midjourney, Runway, Figma AI, Adobe Firefly.
- Real versatility in brand design, graphic design, animation, photography, and video editing.
- Speed and detail oriented: capable of quick turnarounds and attention to typographic and frame rate details.
- B2B experience, ideally in SaaS serving industries like hospitality, retail, healthcare, or logistics.
- London-based role in a flexible hybrid office setting.
