- Lead development of campaign creative concepts, toolkits, and collaborate with global teams for market adaptation across various channels including owned and earned.
- Bring bold creativity, innovation, and craft to marketing to engage audiences with Firefox as their browser of choice.
- Collaborate with and lead agency partners to deliver bold, effective creative driving conversion through the marketing funnel.
- Partner with in-house marketing strategists and go-to-market experts, leveraging audience and market insights to increase creative asset impact.
- Drive brand marketing and product campaigns connecting Firefox with audiences in key markets like North America, Germany, UK, France, Japan, and India.
- Provide mentorship and support to an ambitious internal team.
- Report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, ECD Brand and Creative.
What you9ll bring
- 10+ years experience leading creative work in an ad agency or in-house setting.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and oversee creative development and execution.
- Outstanding organization and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
- Ability to think about big-picture creative strategy and deliver against individual briefs.
- Experience analyzing data and consumer insights to inform marketing creative.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and working across time zones and cultures.
- Proactive self-starter who is collaborative and able to work independently.
