Role Overview
- Lead complex, high impact product launches owning end-to-end GTM launch planning and cross-functional alignment.
- Drive launch strategies focusing on adoption, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth.
- Blend strategic GTM product launches with core product marketing duties: launch positioning, messaging, enablement, and content development.
- Collaborate closely with Partner PMM, Partner team, and strategic partners for partner integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM launch cycles, planning, and execution managing complex releases independently for successful outcomes.
- Build and execute launch plans in partnership with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Teams, Enablement, Pricing & Packaging, Legal, Finance, and Partners.
- Provide executives and teams with timely updates on features and launches, identify risks, and discuss trade-offs with leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional GTM alignment acting as partner and liaison across teams and manage launch readiness.
- Develop compelling value propositions and product narratives for mid-market and enterprise audiences.
- Create and deliver messaging, positioning, demos, roadmap presentations, and storytelling for GTM teams.
- Build deep expertise in the Outreach AI Revenue Platform as an internal subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS; experience in Revenue Orchestration platforms or SaaS for sales, marketing, or customer teams is a plus.
- Change management experience with ability to handle scope shifts and pivot accordingly.
- Proven experience driving GTM product launches, launch governance, and process refinement.
- Strong cross-functional influence, communication, data-informed decision-making, and customer-centric focus.
- Strategic driver and executor with ability to move quickly, communicate clearly, build trust, and bring clarity to complexity.
- Ability to connect people, challenge status quo with empathy, and drive progress forward.
