Responsibilities
- Embed within Consumer Experience and Tech & Platforms teams to identify impactful "Bets".
- Act as counselor and communications partner for senior leaders, ensuring aligned internal messaging.
- Serve as liaison between Product/Tech leads and Consumer Product Comms team, translating technical milestones into narratives.
- Manage tension between technical visionaries and communications experts using data and diplomacy.
- Use internal communications to refine external narratives based on employee sentiment and readiness.
- Ensure cadence of internal technical updates matches product innovation velocity.
Who You Are
- 8β12 years experience in tech communications.
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and influencing without authority.
- Independent self-starter who collaborates effectively.
- Data-informed and intuitive storyteller with mix of sentiment data and instinct.
- Familiar with AI tools for drafting and visualizing product journeys.
- Authentic, witty communicator aligned with company voice.
- Able to balance day-to-day opportunities with major external storytelling moments.
- Values internal storytelling as key to advocacy prior to public launches.
Work Location
- Based in London, UK.
- Hybrid work setup with 2-3 days per week in office.
