Responsibilities

  • Lead optimization of new user onboarding with product iterations and personalized campaigns to improve activation and first-time transaction conversion rates
  • Build comprehensive lifecycle management system and user segmentation framework to enhance engagement and repeat purchase through membership programs, gamification, cross-selling, and other strategies
  • Design and optimize user referral and viral growth mechanisms to drive organic growth
  • Lead A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to optimize operational resources
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure execution of lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Use data analysis to uncover insights, identify problems, and develop solutions
  • Stay informed on Business Unit products, features, user preferences, and pain points

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading user growth and retention with significant results
  • 5+ years in the internet industry, 3+ years in senior user growth roles in transaction-based sectors like e-commerce or fintech
  • Experience leading projects or campaigns with systematic frameworks and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of AB testing, funnel analysis, and custom strategies
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools
  • Data-driven thinker with skills in data monitoring and analysis to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Familiarity with various Business Unit products and user preferences
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for coordination with overseas partners
