Responsibilities

  • Own category messaging & positioning: Clearly explain each jewellery category, including margins, customer use cases, and where it fits in a retailer’s business.
  • Build the cross-sell engine: Design the full experience that moves retailers from loose stones into complete jewelry.
  • Partner with sales enablement for jewellery adoption: Provide tools and playbooks to help Sales teams land and expand by category.
  • Lead category launches & activation: Manage launch plans for new jewellery categories and collaborate on pricing, assortment, and positioning.
  • Drive ARPU growth & share of wallet: Build programs and content to help retailers expand their assortment and monthly spend.
  • Produce high-value retailer education: Create educational content for Nivoda University.
  • Use a data-driven approach: Conduct experiments and use insights to improve category adoption and cross-sell performance.
  • Clarify Nivoda’s automated workflows: Simplify and communicate AI-powered features for retailers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product marketing, category marketing, or similar commercial roles in SaaS, marketplace, or retail environments.
  • Ability to translate complex products into simple, revenue-driving narratives.
  • Strong commercial mindset understanding retailer buying behavior.
  • Data-driven mindset comfortable with experiments and analysis.
  • Experience producing clear positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Category teams.
  • Ability to build, iterate quickly, and ship with precision.
  • Excellent written communication and structured thinking.
  • Marketplace or jewellery experience is a plus but not required.

Success Metrics

  • Growth in new customer purchases across jewellery categories.
  • Increased cross-sell rates and ARPU uplift per retailer.
  • Higher share of wallet and strong jewellery activation post-onboarding.
  • High adoption of materials across Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Growth in monthly transactions and improved retention for multi-category retailers.
