- Define and refine product marketing function and strategy
- Run positioning experiments to strengthen messaging
- Build a predictable, high-impact launch engine
- Coordinate major product launches across teams
- Strengthen enterprise narrative and market readiness
- Lead and grow the Product Marketing Team
Requirements
- 5β7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing leadership
- Experience in category-grade positioning
- Technical empathy with developer audiences
- Proven team leadership and growth capabilities
- Successful orchestration of product launches
- Strong ownership and urgency in role execution
- Experience in category creation
- Adaptable with strong opinions on positioning
- Location in East Coast (US) or Europe
Nice-to-haves
- Fluency in PLG and enterprise go-to-market strategies
- Experience in open-source or community-led growth
