Job Description
- Design and iterate on operator-facing UX flows for a B2B SaaS platform
- Translate complex AI-driven functionality into clear, intuitive interfaces
- Create and maintain UI components, layouts, and interaction patterns in Figma
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship usable, production-ready experiences
- Design product marketing assets, including:
- Landing pages
- Product visuals and diagrams
- Pitch decks and one-pagers
- Pilot and sales enablement materials
- Support pilot launches with fast, high-quality design execution
- Ensure consistency across product, brand, and marketing touchpoints
- Present and explain design decisions clearly
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and real user needs
- Balance speed with quality in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in product design, UX, or product marketing design
- Strong fluency in Figma and Canva (non-negotiable)
- Ability to present a strong portfolio (required β applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed)
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
- Eligible for Canadian internship grant programs (legally eligible to work in Canada, a resident of Canada, and graduated no more than 2 years ago from a Canadian university)
