Responsibilities
- Product Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Report to the Head of Product and play a lead role in shaping Centivo's product marketing function.
- Customer Research & Persona Development: Develop a deep understanding of our audiences, and translate these into actionable insights.
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop value propositions that resonate with our audiences.
- Competitive Landscape Intelligence: Understand the competitive landscape and enable sales communication.
- Sales Enablement: Develop National Account sales decks and collateral to help Sales communicate effectively.
- Product Packaging & Pricing: Create product packages and pricing aligned to audiences.
- Partner Marketing: Create co-marketing partnership opportunities.
- Product Launch Planning & Execution: Manage product launch efforts in collaboration with other teams.
- GTM Retrospectives: Design quarterly and annual retrospectives based on analysis and interviews.
- Marketing Influence: Collaborate to develop content and campaigns with resonating messaging.
Qualifications
- 5β7 years of experience in employer health benefits with B2B product marketing experience.
- Exceptional communication abilities across various mediums.
- Track record of driving growth results with strategic insights.
- Well versed in macro healthcare trends impacting the employer market.
- A self-starter with a track record of solving problems and driving results.
