What You'll Do
- Own Replit's product positioning and messaging.
- Drive product launches that create market impact.
- Build competitive intelligence into a strategic advantage.
- Enable Sales with content and tools they actually use.
- Support both PLG and SLG go-to-market motions.
- Translate technical depth into plain-speak storytelling.
- Set a high bar for content quality.
- Build the foundation for Partner Marketing.
- Build and lead a high-performing PMM team.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of marketing experience with at least 7 years leading product marketing teams at high-growth B2B technology companies, ideally in AI, infrastructure, or platform businesses.
- Deep experience working across both product-led growth and sales-led go-to-market motions.
- Exceptional positioning and messaging instincts.
- Strong technical acumen.
- A track record of building competitive intelligence programs.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain A+ talent.
- High influence across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort operating at AI-industry speed.
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates a high bar for content quality.
Nice to Have
- Experience at an AI or platform company.
- Background in both B2C and B2B marketing.
- Experience with analyst relations and shaping industry category narratives.
- Experience supporting field marketing programs and enterprise events.
- Experience building partner or co-marketing programs.
- Familiarity with the AI software creation landscape.
- Personal experience using AI-powered software creation tools.
Details
- This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office.
- The role has an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
