What You Will Do
- Support the Brand & Partnerships Marketing team in managing asset trafficking and approvals for content, creator, and partnership marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Creative, Content, and Marketing) and external partners to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of campaign materials.
- Assist in researching partnership opportunities, emerging brands, and trends that align with WEBTOONβs audience and brand values.
- Track and compile campaign performance data, reporting on key metrics and learnings for ongoing and completed activations.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation, asset trackers, and approval logs.
- Help brainstorm and contribute ideas for brand collaborations and promotional initiatives that elevate WEBTOONβs brand, drive user acquisition, and boost social media engagement.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
- Deeply engaged in WEBTOON, entertainment, pop culture, and fandom β especially within comics, manga, anime, and gaming.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and executing multiple projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- A proactive communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious and analytical, with an interest in learning how brand partnerships and marketing campaigns come to life.
