Major Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing product marketing team, defining and tracking KPIs for effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancements.
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Establish pricing and packaging frameworks in collaboration with Product and Finance.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver effective tools for Sales and Client Services teams.
- Research target markets and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Incorporate competitive intelligence into actionable sales enablement strategies.
- Represent the voice of the customer through buyer research and market segmentation.
- Work on targeted demand generation initiatives, monitoring campaign performance.
Education & Experience
- 15+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated success in product launches, messaging, and driving business outcomes.
- Proven track record in go-to-market strategies that boost product adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Understanding of the labor market and needs of educational institutions is a plus.
