Major Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing product marketing team, defining and tracking KPIs for effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancements.
  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Establish pricing and packaging frameworks in collaboration with Product and Finance.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver effective tools for Sales and Client Services teams.
  • Research target markets and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Incorporate competitive intelligence into actionable sales enablement strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer through buyer research and market segmentation.
  • Work on targeted demand generation initiatives, monitoring campaign performance.

Education & Experience

  • 15+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or data analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in product launches, messaging, and driving business outcomes.
  • Proven track record in go-to-market strategies that boost product adoption.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Understanding of the labor market and needs of educational institutions is a plus.
