About the Role

Phoenix is one of Canada's fastest-growing men's health platforms. The Head of Brand will own how Phoenix shows up in the world, including our positioning, patient narrative, messaging architecture, and creative standards.

What You Will Own

Brand strategy and positioning:

  • Evolve Phoenix's positioning, value proposition, and patient narrative.
  • Define the role each treatment category plays within the master brand.

Audience and messaging:

  • Lead persona work, segmentation, and messaging frameworks.
  • Ground work in customer research, CX feedback, NPS, creative learnings, and category insights.

Creative direction:

  • Set creative vision and quality across various channels.
  • Lead major brand moments and enhance the quality of briefs and creative decisions.

Brand governance:

  • Build standards, guidelines, and review processes for brand integrity.
  • Ensure clean growth without brand debt in sensitive health categories.

Cross-functional leadership:

  • Partner across the company to align stakeholders around brand strategy.
  • Build the cadence and capabilities of a brand function.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear brand strategy understood across the company.
  • Developed personas and messaging frameworks for all treatment categories.
  • Distinct roles and voices for each category while maintaining brand coherence.

What You Bring

  • Experience leading brand at a senior level in a high-growth consumer or healthcare business.
  • Skills in building positioning, persona, and messaging systems.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to defend brand decisions.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards in regulated categories.
