Own creating and briefing ads that perform - this includes owning the weekly and monthly creative planning cycle, developing fresh briefs and concepts for stakeholders such as creators, video editors and designers.Translate data into creative direction—optimising concepts, briefs, and outputs based on what actually converts. You will guide our end-to-end creative analysis process, bringing best practice to our Creative Strategy.
Own monitoring of market activity, platform trends and evolving social behaviours, rapidly translating them into opportunities for ZOE.
The Squad
You’ll join our growing Performance Marketing team—a mix of growth operators, creatives, and data-driven thinkers focused on one thing: results.You’ll work closely with Performance Managers and in-house video editors, while collaborating cross-functionally with legal, product, and external partners (agencies, creators). We operate with speed, ownership, and clarity—testing fast, learning faster, and scaling what works.

Hybrid creative + performance mindset—you’re as comfortable reviewing hooks as you are analysing CPA.Strong instinct for what makes creative convert, not just look good.
Deep understanding of paid vs organic content dynamics and lower-funnel drivers.
Confident with key metrics: CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV:CAC, ROI—and how to act on them.
Data-led thinker who continuously iterates and optimises based on performance insights.
Highly proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can shape processes from scratch.
Structured and process-oriented—you bring order to creative production and testing cycles.

Your Mission
Own end-to-end conception, briefing and analysis of creative assets for Daily30.Develop and refine high-performing creative briefs for creators and paid media.
Support the management of external agencies and content creators.
Conduct ongoing competitor research and creative analysis to inform strategy.
Partner closely with performance marketing and video editing teams to align on output and results.
Drive consistent weekly and monthly creative testing aligned to lower-funnel performance goals.
Continuously experiment with new formats, hooks, and angles to unlock performance gains.
Ensure all creative output aligns with compliance requirements within the health/nutrition space.
