Job Summary
- As the Product Marketing Manager for Aesthetics, you will serve as the segment expert for Nextech’s Aesthetics specialties, deeply understanding buyer needs, challenges, and priorities across these markets.
- This role is responsible for ensuring Nextech’s positioning, messaging, and enablement clearly resonate with Aesthetics buyers and effectively support sales execution.
- You will apply deep segment insight to shape the commercial narrative used by Sales, reflected across enablement, launches, and strategic market moments.
- This role partners closely with product‑focused Product Marketing Managers and Product to ensure Aesthetics‑specific needs, value drivers, and proof points are accurately represented and consistently applied.
- The Product Marketing Manager will act as the voice of the Aesthetics customer inside Nextech—bringing market intelligence, win/loss insights, and buyer perspectives into go‑to‑market planning, sales enablement, and ongoing messaging refinement.
- This role requires strong collaboration across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing teams to drive clear, credible, and outcome‑focused storytelling for the Aesthetics segment.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Aesthetics segment, developing deep understanding of buyer personas, practice types, workflows, challenges, and value drivers.
- Own Aesthetics‑specific positioning and messaging, ensuring the commercial narrative used by Sales clearly reflects buyer needs, outcomes, and proof points.
- Partner with product‑focused Product Marketing Managers and Product to ensure Aesthetics segment considerations are accurately represented in product positioning, launches, and enablement.
- Deliver Product Marketing inputs for assigned launches, ensuring segment readiness through complete, on‑time deliverables aligned to the standard GTM process and Internal Enablement Briefs (IEBs).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and L&D to develop and maintain high‑quality Aesthetics enablement, including core messaging, talk tracks, proof points, and buyer‑centric assets.
- Own win/loss insights for the Aesthetics segment, contributing to a standardized win/loss process and using insights to continuously improve messaging and enablement effectiveness.
- Contribute to enablement audits, identifying outdated assets, priority gaps, and opportunities to simplify and strengthen Aesthetics sales materials.
- Monitor market and competitive trends impacting Aesthetics practices, surfacing insights that inform positioning, enablement, and commercial strategy.
- Support strategic market moments (e.g., flagship events, seasonal messaging refreshes) by ensuring Aesthetics narratives are clearly represented and aligned.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of product marketing experience.
- Experience working with a SaaS company.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology sector.
- Experience supporting healthcare specialty markets such as Aesthetics, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
- Product Marketing Alliance Certification.

- Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 15% travel.
