Responsibilities
- Plan and execute enablement initiatives for new feature launches, ensuring each release is supported by clear, high-quality assets.
- Translate product requirements, technical specifications, and engineering context into clear narratives and actionable enablement materials.
- Create high-quality product launch and feature content end-to-end, including scripting (launch videos, guided demos, and feature explanations), capturing product screens and building realistic demos, producing voiceovers, editing videos, and developing visual assets that clearly showcase functionality and value.
- Adapt launches into multiple formats - such as video, written content, FAQs, internal announcements, and training materials - while supporting Customer Enablement teams when needed.
- Publish and maintain enablement assets across the appropriate channels, ensuring consistency in naming, versioning, and distribution.
- Create complementary materials such as one-pagers, FAQs, quick guides, walkthroughs, GIFs, lightweight decks, and internal reference content.
- Support internal communication around new feature launches, helping customer-facing teams understand feature value, ideal use cases, and main workflows.
- Collect feedback on asset consumption, clarity, and effectiveness to improve future launch enablement efforts.
- Manage a backlog of enablement assets by launch priority, impact, and release timing.
- Define and maintain quality standards for demos, screenshots, scripts, videos, and other feature-related materials.
- Help build and maintain a reusable repository of enablement materials organized by product and feature.
- Measure the consumption and effectiveness of enablement assets to identify what drives understanding and adoption.
- Use tools such as Figma to produce content about yet-to-be-released features based on their prototypes.
- Identify recurring knowledge gaps and suggest improvements to how product changes are communicated across the organization.
- Use tools such as Intercom and Arcade to set up in-product tours and guided product experiences that support feature adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product enablement, product education, customer education, product marketing, or similar roles focused on explaining SaaS functionality.
- Previous experience creating enablement or educational materials for SaaS products and new feature launches.
- Strong experience explaining product functionality clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience producing product content end-to-end, including scripting, screen recording, voiceover, editing, and publication.
- Strong video editing skills and the ability to independently create polished, engaging product videos.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple launch timelines, content formats, and priorities simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to content quality, consistency, and technical accuracy.
- Familiarity with Intercom or similar platforms for setting up product tours, in-app guidance, and feature adoption flows.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving product priorities.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to take projects from idea to final delivery with minimal oversight.

- Experience in B2B SaaS product enablement, customer education, or feature launch communications.
- Experience with feature prototyping on Figma.
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI tools usage - it's awesome if you're an AI enthusiast.
- Experience creating content for product adoption, release enablement, or internal go-to-market readiness.
- Familiarity with video, audio, and visual content production tools such as Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Loom, Descript, Screen Studio or similar platforms.
- Experience working closely with Engineering Managers or product development teams on feature communication.
- Experience creating in-app onboarding flows, product tours, or guided experiences for newly released features (using Intercom or similar feature).
